Let users pause/continue recipes and scripts. This could be like the pause/continue buttons on most audio-tape, VHS, CD, DVD, etc. players. It would be nice if during a pause, the user could change how the protein is displayed, rotate it around, use the Tab button to inspect various residues, take a snapshot of the present structure, etc. This would help folks debug complicated scripts and would help people monitor what various scripts are doing.
