Is there supposed to be a move tool in all puzzles? Because I don't see one in puzzle 555??

Shouldn't it always be allowed on align puzzles? I dont see it on the anthrax or 554 puzzles.

No, the move tool is only enabled on certain types of puzzles. We are considering allowing it on all puzzles though, as it can be useful in many situations.
