The secondary structure predictions from the SAM-T08 server have been posted for Puzzle 552: CASP10 Target T0644 in the puzzle comments.
You'll notice that the first 20 residues (that are unaligned to the template) are highly predicted to be helical so trying to make a helix there would be a good start.
Lastly, the second CASP target was cancelled by the Organizers:
