I am very suprised, but there is a spelling error. In the cookbook, recipies is spelled recipes. I don't think this is on perpous, but if it is, Just say. This is a fairly easy fix to make.

Although a global game, it was created and is maintained in America - so the game and the website use american "english" and spelling. "Recipes" is the proper way to spell that word in american english, so yes, it was done on purpose.
