Need to be able to turn notes off on Selection Interface

One can choose to show or not show notes in the original view via modes. However, there is no choice in Selection Interface. Please tell me how to turn the notes off or create a way to do so in selection interface.
Btw, I don't even use notes. A recipe must have created them. Either way, a feature allowing one to turn notes off in Selection Interface is seriously needed.
Just a bump as a gentle reminder that this issue needs resolution. ;)

This feedback is about a UI issue, but one reason the notes can be so annoying is that scripters are using the notes for storage for things like http://fold.it/portal/node/992481 .
It's not just a UI issue. Some add notes to keep track of what recipes they have run. There are several reasons for notes. Bottom line is that we should be able to turn them on or off in both interfaces.

Unfortunately I am unable to turn them off in the selection interface which is less than optimal.
And yes I have tried various combos of off/on reset etc etc
Would of course appreciate a solution to the notes in selection thanks

It's not a bug. It's simply a feature that was never included in all versions. Hopefully, the feature to turn notes on/off gets added soon on Selection Interface.

ok - thanks to spdenne who has suggested a workaround - click the seg with the note - or hover over it and press tab to bring up the popup info box - then delete the comment -
however they come back! if you reset best :)
Bertro was kind enough to create a removal recipe when I first complained about this. You may want to grab it. http://fold.it/portal/recipe/40670 It's the best temporary fix until the notes on/off feature is added to the Selection Interface.
I always try a wiggle or wiggle sidechains to get a .0001 score increase after removing bands or setting structure to keep 'Restore Best' nice and clean.

The fact that this feature has still not been added makes it a bug (since we can't post Notes until it is fixed!).
Hopefully this will be resolved soon.
Thanks for not ignoring it. ;) Notes will be added by many scripts. Plus, some users like adding notes. I'll just stick with the original interface until this is corrected. ;)

Now if you press number "1" button, it will hide all the notes.
And if you press again, they will show up again.

I add notes to the segments in any recipes that I create or modify so that I can track what has been run on the protein. I would also like the capability to turn off the display of the notes in the Selection Interface.
