There might be a problem with 539. When I run the script "Bridge Wiggle v 1.0.1 - Brow42", it generates points from the locked segments. These are 1000ths of a point each cycle. I am using the Beta version of Foldit.

I tested the same script (http://fold.it/portal/recipe/37416) in devprev against a reset puzzle 539. It has gained 14 points so far, all from locked segments. The script bands and wiggles cysteines only, and the unlocked portion is all alanines.

The same script will do the same thing on 540 :-(

This is a very different bug than the CO2 puzzle one, hopefully we will be able to figure out what is going on ASAP!

I am no longer convinced there is a bug. My test above was flawed, in that the script calls wiggle all, and the reset puzzle has points available to wiggle all acting on the ligand (about 14 points, so about the same as the script gained). I repeated the test against two different high-scoring solutions to 539, each of which had no points available to wiggle all (but one of which I know had 5 points available by other means). The script did not gain any points on these solutions.

How are you determining that the points are coming from the locked segments?

I think I may have made an error in reporting this issue. I did not take into account the "wiggleAll" part of the script, which was actually slowly accumulating movements until it registered on the score. I apologise if I have caused any problems or concerns.
