In SOME of the Tutorials - I was totally stuck.
I understood the lesson and knew how to use the new tool, but just couldn't get my protein right.
It would be nice to have "hints" that I can call on (or even that appear intermittently).

Some good hints:
* Try Shake Side Chains, and then Wiggle All - it will often slip into a better solution
* Try "Reset" if you seem far from a solution or are having trouble
* Move the protein around the screen with your right mouse button (button X on a Mac)
* Use Undo - and select Restore Very Best to find your highest score and return to a good solution
* etc.

There are instructions on how to do each puzzle, if you follow those instructions then you will get the protein "right"

The instruction boxes provide all of what you are suggesting is needed.

Some people do get stuck because they tend to overthink some of the tutorial puzzles and end up making it harder than many of them actually are

Thats why we have in-game chat and wiki - make some research when stuck.
There is alot of tips in tutorials, most of new players pay attention and REALLY read them when stuck.
Closing, no need to change there.
