494 is soooo sloooooow!

Something is making every action on 494 take much longer than it does on other proteins. Wiggles, shakes and rebuilds are all affected. My other client on a different puzzle is running at normal speed. This remains true after several client restarts and reboots.

Yap, big puzzle (even frozen) need more optimizations... This one is almost unplayable...
