Unable to align to guide. Anyone else?

Did something change with the "align guide" function? On the last two puzzles I have played (493 and 494), I am unable to align any part of my protein to that of a group solution that I uploaded as a guide.
Anyone else having this trouble?

Nope, works fine for me. Need select at least 3 segments.

Also note that using the selection interface is REQUIRED if you need to align the guide to a locked portion...

I still can't seem to line my protein up with the guides, ever. Maybe it's me.
Dropping priority to five, since whenever we have a QTTN, I just treat it as a de-novo and hand-fold from scratch.
