Popping sounds are delayed. When running minimized can cause hang

When running minimized the popping sounds will be delayed.
If there are a lot of them the game will hang when maximized again.

This is especially true if there are a lot of resets.

Suggestion 1. Do not do popping when resetting
Suggestion 2. Make an option in cookbook running to allways suppress popping.

just turn the sound off

By keeping the sound on, I can follow the progress of the script.
In any case a crash should never be caused by such a thing.

Disable voids?

Of course I know the workarounds. Disable voids, disable void sounds, disable sounds at all.
But I had a hard time getting the game normal again. This should not happen.

It is not the popping sounds that cause the hang.
The visible voids are the guilty part.
