While experimenting with GUI "ingredients" for building recipes, I noticed that the interface fails to explain what the "Wiggle" function focuses on. Is it "Wiggle All"? "Wiggle Backbone?" "Wiggle Sidechains?"

I thought maybe the help function in the script interface would tell me ("?" icon), but it didn't.

I think this should be edited, to give a clearer indication of what it does.
