SHIFT+Click (Range) and Ctrl+Click are currently available, however
To select from the last highlighted segment to the end of the protein (Selection Interface only)
1.Ctrl+End or,
2.Ctrl+SHIFT, END
To select from the last highlighted segment to the beginning of the protein (Selection Interface only)
1.Ctrl+HOME or,
2.Ctrl+SHIFT, HOME

Until then, you can color the chain by Rainbow to quickly find the ends.
