Moving recipe output window

When I use the show desktop icon in Vista, Foldit minimizes and the desktop is displayed, as it should. When I restore Foldit, I find the Recipe Output window has moved from where I put it to a more central and less convenient position. It doesn't happen when I just minimize and restore Foldit.
Not particularly life threatening but mildly annoying.
