Same problem - has hung twice now, both times halfway through running a recipe in Electron Density puzzle- grrr. Running windows 7.
Today for the first time a save I uploaded produced an error. I wanted to transfer it to another PC but it was corrupted and lost.
No problems at all with Foldit until today 28/10/11
