It would be very helpful if you could quantify, and display to the player, the stiffness known as mojo. It seems to be a loss of the degrees of freedom in backbone shape offered by the software during pulls and wiggles. Many scripts come with a mojo cost which is currently guessed at (based on qualitative experience) and passed on as folklore about the scripts. Players could make more rational choices about what scripts to run when, if they could see the effect on mojo quantified. More importantly, scripters could use this information to write scripts with lower mojo cost, or to include script options to maintain better flexibility even if less points are gained - a trade-off that is especially important in the mid-game. Early mojo buildup limits many players' effectiveness, and the overall quality of folding would improve if mojo were a visible, and therefore more controllable, variable.
