The bug reporter has a voting system. Each user can vote once, up or down. Despite this, a user may choose to vote his or her own bug up or down. It should probably be disabled for submitting users. (treated as if they'd already voted, for example)

And what if you change your mind? Shouldn't you be allowed to un-vote or vote the other way?

Yes. It should be prohibited.
But it looks very strange, over 200players 24/7 and there is up to 20 votes on any topic...
Maybe system should show how many total votes was made? Maybe it is so low because ppl just negating it?
