The ability to restore from the exploration map would be amazingly awesome. And possibly helpful.

You don't always have the peace of mind to save your solution when your protein is configured a certain way, and sometimes it's the fault of a recipe in the middle of the night that brought about an unexpected solution, and then destroyed it before it had a chance to score well.
