All the intro levels works perfectly fine, but whenever I want to play a science puzzle the app crashes. I'd be really glad if someone can help me out about this problem.

Can you post the end of your log.txt file generated by Foldit?

on a Mac, Ctrl-click on the app and choose "Show Package Contents, then go to Contents/Resources and you should find the log.txt file.

We've tried reproducing this but haven't had any success so far. We should be getting Lion soon which will help out.

I have the same problem. I have an iMac with Mac OS X Lion 10.7.1 and AMD Radeon HD 6750M.

I have an identical problem. On intro puzzles it would crash occasionally, but it seems to consistently crash immediately whenever I try a science puzzle. I am new here, and enjoying it very much, but this problem makes the game almost impossible to play.

I'm seeing the same thing on OS X 10.7.1

Just loading a science puzzle followed by a a few mouse clicks in the chat window is enough to cause a crash. See below:

Playing for the first time today. Crashes within a few minutes of playing every time. Log attached. Looking forward to being able to play longer :)

Having same problem Mac OS 10.7.5 Crashes constantly loading 2/2 of tutorial. Hoping that, since there's been nothing on this thread for four years, you've discovered the problem....

We find that upgrading to Yosemite tends to resolve this problem.
