Re-format player names in scoreboard to fit its width.

Some players have names with so many characters that displaying their names covers their current scores, and sometimes even covers their best scores. (See attached photo for an example.)
When displaying players' names, it would be good to truncate any very long names at about eighteen characters, and adding an ellipsis after, to show that their names are too long to fit the display.

Not to be a nit-picker, but it wasn't necessary to truncate team names by as many characters as soloist names, since there is no "current" score shown on the group scoreboard for names to cover. My friends at Anthropic Dreams and other teams would probably appreciate it if they could have their whole name, again.
I can just change the limit and it'll be in the next release.
