The solutions I am obtaining in 408 and 409 are very unstable. If I restore credit best, it often has bands attached and clashing importance of less than 1. Even if the bands are removed and CI set to 1, the protein will lose hundreds of points when wiggled. Is this instability acceptable?

I also wondered about the instability... it's hard to improve on such a solution.

Save best segment score solution and work on that, instead of credit best.

Thanks Rav. I have no problem saving solutions and working on the best ones. I just wonder how valuable a solution is to foldit high command if it decays on the first wiggle.
