On the contact map, can you have the contact cells "automagically" highlight the selected segment pairs upon "mouseover", similar to the behavior of the alignment tool? I see you already have it hover for the protein.

We considered this. Currently you can just select the cell if you want to see the corresponding segments, but there's something to be said for being able to just quickly find the segments via hovering. We may end up implementing this.
