hey, guys I was wondering - the helices in foldit may not adequately model the way helical structures conform in nature. Are all low energy helices perfectly coiled? Because the rebuild tool forms them perfectly coiled. In other words, the rebuild tool may work too well, or perhaps the helix should be more sensitive.

It may be beneficial to add a member to the tweak tool, similar to a local wiggle, which can mimic local area forces to uniquely "influence" the conform of the helix, based on local area steric forces.
