If it's not just a simple roll-back to the last update, or it's not a simple fix, we need to get some info to the non-english folders while the bug is ironed out. A news popup when the client loads, is the only way to reach out, since they'll never get into the game to ask what the problem is, and not everyone has a separate iRC client, or will think to either go to Feedback or the site wiki.
