Evening FoldCentral

Seems we're into the 'post update handover' limbo. The Viral Macrophage Protein puzzle, which I started under the old update, and was behaving itself with no problems, is now crashing when I run a rebuilder script. I've attached the log.txt, in case it gives you something useful.
