FAQ gives incorrect IRC server information

The FAQ says that the IRC server is irc.fold.it -- which currently does not work. The IRC server is currently at 128.95.1.227, while irc.fold.it is at 128.95.1.229. I suggest fixing either the DNS, or the FAQ.
