I would like to view an energy landscape for a specific protein. The energy landscape would contain a mapping of all the conformations made in FoldIt, for a molecular entity, or the spatial positions of interacting molecules in the system, and their corresponding energy level, on a two- or three-dimensional Cartesian coordinate system.
