What's going on with this tyrosine? (I thought that the benzene ring is supposed to be flat.)

Thanks for catching this, infjamc.
This refinement model was generated by another human group competing in CASP9 (it's not a server model and it's definitely not a Rosetta model) and you can see for yourself if you download the PDB file from the CASP website (http://predictioncenter.org/casp9/target.cgi?id=175&view=refinement) that this error is in the model that they have given us.
We wanted to give you the exact file provided by CASP without messing around with it in any way, but it seems like making sure the PDB has ideal bond lengths and bond angles would be more important. After idealizing the starting model the tyrosine gets fixed, for example, so we could repost this puzzle but it might not be worth losing all the time you all have spent so far.
I will idealize future non-Rosetta refinement targets before posting them as Foldit puzzles, but for this case we can manually fix that Tyrosine before submitting this target to CASP.
Thanks again for catching this!
