Behaviour->Class Importance (0 - 2.0)
The idea is to provide a simple way to expand a protein when it is stuck in a local minima. By increasing the clash importance above normal, the protein can be expanded and have an opportunity to settle in a different configuration. Currently, this process is diffucult requiring multiple manual bands with increase length. Using the Behaviour setting would greatly simplify the process.

Is this technical possible?

If clashing importance can be reduced, it should also be able to be increased. Is what happens when you go from 0.5 to 1.0 anyway.
