| Description: |
The 12th CASP9 target is tricky because it does have templates, but they only span half of the protein. The Rosetta Server used the templates for building half of each model, and then build the rest from scratch. So we are giving you these 5 Rosetta@home predictions as well as 4 templates. Each time you reset the puzzle, one of the 5 Rosetta Server models will start, but all 5 of these models are also in your template reserve. You can use the partial threading to just use the 4 templates for the regions they align to. |
