The eleventh CASP9 target only has one decent template, but that template has multiple chains. We are giving you 4 different chains to use for threading. They are all very similar, but have small variations in the loops. These are the regions you will want to move around with the alignment tool. NOTE: The default alignment DOES NOT thread well but can be improved with minor shifting. |
