Cannot recieve registration e-mail

When I registered for an account I was shown a message that said cannot send e-mail. Although I received this message, it seems like I am able to log into my account just fine. How can I get this straightened out? I want to make sure that I can be contacted by the site, I would also like to have a record of my account information on file in my e-mail.

P.S. I got the same message again when I submitted this question. I hope that this problem can be remedied very soon.
