Replace 3-letter-code in mouseover-bubble with full name

Replace the 3-letter-code in the mouse-over-bubble in mutate menu (new interface) with the full name of the amino acid.
As you can see in the screenshot, the 3-letter-code (and the 1-letter-code) is already there. What's missing is the name of the amino acid. This could prevent mix-ups of Asparagine/Aspartic acid and Glutamine/Glutamic acid (see http://fold.it/portal/node/987444 comment #2) and would help to memorize the names.
