Dear Tool Makers:

I am in the desperate need for a tool that will enable me to engage in two seperate rebuilds within the range of a highlighted series of segments, but segments within the backbone structure/s of the protein if not perfect allready with the green colour at it's peak or prime energy/current/sidechain state.

I will leave it up to the others to choose the other formulas required to do so as that kind of stuff is for the people who have the scientific background experience to support my cause.

But it should be able to decide on a possible new place to rebuild depending on the flucuations of energy between green / brown sections / sidechain segment positions I guess, and sidechains out as straight as possible in and amongst it's surroundings. - choose rebuilding of unstraight ones and areas surrounding their position. - field of energy. etc.
