Behavior in New Interface is 0 on first log in

When you first log in and go straight to the New Interface the Behavior is set to 0.
It should be 1.

I had problems posting this. I got an http 0 error something about auto complete.

Could you please delete the duplicate post, Correct the spell in the the title (sorry should be Behavior) and change the priority, it shouldn't be 1.
