Hi!
I'm guessing that the game threats bands and bonds internally in a similar way (are bands pseudo-bonds?)
So my question is, how strong (band strength) must a band be, to remove a bond, or how weak to maintain a bond?
Of course, setting the strength to zero (which is similar to disable them) or near zero maintains all bonds, but what is the exact value, or does it depend on the bond-type (between sidechains, between sidechain and sheet etc.)
Can it be checked somehow if you go right onto the bond presing a key when the text shows "a hydrogen bond ..."?
And what is the strength value for allowing no segment distance change?
In addition, will there later be a way to set the general band LENGTH?
I've experienced good results setting them around 1 to bring donors/acceptors together.
Sometimes, this would be very useful for compressing/expanding a puzzle or bringing sheets together with more than one band.
My next question is: What does the CPK view in the game show?
I've found something in the internet, but I'm not sure if the general description http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CPK_coloring fits right to the game.
regards,
Alex

Thanks :)
Now I need a tactic of how to use this CPK information when connecting donors and acceptors.
Last I remember, there was an indication of bond strength in the info tab for each side chain. If that still exists, the info should be there.

Yes, changing STRENGTH is possible, but LENGTH by Script?

All done.
Closing.
