Description: Ever get a hankering for redesigning a glycerolphosphate synthase into a biotin binding protein? I sometimes do, which is why I've made this nice puzzle for you. This puzzle also has a single constraint meant to encourage the biotin tail to face outwards into the solvent. (Imagine a linker is attached at the tail end). You're allowed to move the backbone a little bit in this one too. SCORING: The ligand score is the primary contributor to the puzzle score. However, the other designable residues also contribute to a much less extend. Finally, the designable residues scores are also weighted based on their occurance in the multiple sequence alignment of the original scaffold.
