Help! I can't log into the game to play!

Can someone please explain to me how I can log into here to post; but logging in to the game using the same username and password generates a "Username or Password incorrect" error.

Someone please help, ASAP. I'd like to work on the puzzle(s) that are ending tomorrow!

I can't log in either. It says the password is no good, but I came here to the website and reset it, and still no go.

After a reinstall, this happened to me,too!

The game doesn't seem to load any puzzles or my user-data from the server (no progress-bars at the first start)!
It only uses the basic-puzzles and settings,which came with the installation-files!
