Hi
Could You make output files format open. Currently files autosave-best-0-985989.ir_solution are binary and encoded. Could you make it open (ex. pdb format, silent format) or provide a converter to silent format or provide specification to it.
You claim that the project is about science, but encoding you file formats looks exactly opposite.
