Auto-mutate single sidechain

I did not find a way to ask the game for a "best fit" mutation of a single sidechain.
This would be similar in principle to a local shake or wiggle.
Why this would be useful: after creating a perturbation near a mutable sidechain, it would be nice to quickly see whether a new amino acid would accomodate this better than the current one.
Instead, I need to launch a global mutate ("M" key) for this, which can take quite long.
How it could be implemented : add a central "find best" area in the mutation pie menu. Alternately, add a "mutate" area in the pie menu in Pull Mode.
An extension of this idea : to be able to restrict "M" mutation seek to an isolated area, like we can for wiggle and shake.
I have heard, that with the new interface that is possible by mark the amino acid and then mutate? Try it out.

Done, in selection interface choose one residue and mutate it by key.
