Upon the final stop of any tool, or best score, and while wiggling or shake features depending on how those are governed etc... a Cook Book Recipe tool that bands between each amino acid sidechain that carries a bond or shows a bond between themselves closest to the center outwards, or only phobics etc etc, The band should be able to be automatically chosen judged perhaps on the strength of that bond or so that a variation like a mutate, so that the bands, attach onto the surrounding bonds locally.

...The following types of bands might also be useful.
* The ability to form bands between two specific backbone atoms (right now, one can band two pieces of backbone, but there's no way to specify "I want the nitrogen of Residue A to form a hydrogen bond with the oxygen of residue B").
* Bands with unequal strengths for the two ends (with the user specifying the weight given to each side). The idea is that there might be cases where you want two pieces of the structure to be closer together, but moving piece A is preferred over moving piece B. Right now, one option is to freeze B, but that leads to the extreme of B not moving at all (which is not useful if, say, a 2/3-1/3 split is desired).
