I'm interested in a specific description of what the Mutate Sidechains function does. I see that the backbone is held constant. I suspect that combinitorial explosion precludes trying every possible mutatable sidechain with every other. What algorithm does the function follow - what constraints are applied to the process?

Thanks,

Good Question.

imagine if it incorporated some kind of Markov chain concept!?

lol... Its awesome !!! keep the mutate up. I hope we are finally understanding the true value of it's power.
