Apostrophe in description of shared solution causes error

When you share a solution with a description including an apostrophe (for example: "based on Mike's 10915.555") you get an
"Error: database returned invalid result at time 1247..." and the entry in the list of shared solutions looks like this:
<No Name> with an empty description field.
Seems to be the same error with a different error message.
The signs # : ; , - . don't cause problems; I tried.

Please, this has been going on for 2 & a half years now - I've personally wasted hours of my life explaining to dozens of new teammates why their solutions don't upload...
