SUCHARD:
We'll look into fixing it right away. Could you tell us which OS platform you're running on?

Brick:
Is this happening to you also? Once again, could you tell us which OS you're running?

Thanks for pointing these out guys.

Yes, happening to me as well on WinXP SP3. This was before yesterday's update.

Same problem probably. Message received from Vista states "foldit.exe is trying to close in an unusual manner - contact application's technical support.

Do you know what mode you were on when you were exiting. Also if you could send us your options.txt and log.txt that would be very helpful. Thanks

Everyone, this bug seems to be quite prevalent. We're working very hard to fix it. If there is any details you could provide us, they would be very helpful. Thanks.

Problem disappeared in about 24 hours - seems O.K. now.

Thats great. Do you know if it was perhaps an update that fixed it?

While we're trying to reproduce and fix this bug, are others still having this problem?

It was a problem with puzzle 163 only.
163 has expired so the problem disappeared.

Thanks, Madde. This will be useful if we get unexplained crashes on a particular puzzle in the future.
