Sometimes (early in the game) I would like to just squish a portion of the protein and I'm not really concerned about pulling specific bases together. Would it be possible to either:
1) Have bands that can link to other bands? (preferred)
2) Have a ring type rubber band than can contract around the protein?

1. can be done in LUA v2
2. use more bands... :)
