When issue analysis display is turned on, the protein colors fade out a bit. I'm interested in using the faded-out coloring for a new design related feature. What are your opinions on changing the issue analysis color scheme?

Also, please vote this up if you don't mind changing the issue analysis colors (or would like to change them), and vote it down if you'd like to keep them the same.

You can see the faded out color in the game by checking "Issue analysis display" in the view tab. If you don't use issue analysis, then changing its colors most likely won't affect you, so you could vote this up. Actually, I am most interested in finding out if people find that color scheme useful in playing the game and wouldn't want it to change.

I'm not sure what the new color scheme for issue analysis would be, so suggestions for that are welcome. What I'd like to use the fading out for is segments that are "frozen" by the puzzle, and are not meant to be changed by players.
