Like "R" for bands.

Might help when you are using frozen sections as a brake during "violent" wiggles.

Most important is the idea that a global remove could be accomplished while wiggling, without having to manually delte each forzen section

It would also be nice if F and R could be enabled while a wiggle is being stopped. I've frozen my clients more than once due to being impatient after running a band-based compression script (namely, trying to remove the bands before the wiggle is stopped completely)...
