I would like to see a type of tool feature that enables the sidechains between the locked segments make 360 degree turns in order/sequence while rebuilding is in progress.

the order or sequence that the rebuild makes will normally only be within the range of the other sidechains are in , in the surrounding structure during the rebuild, restricting possible better solutions outside that range.

But in this new way, and possibly like a engine, the sidechains could go though, depending on how many segments are unlocked between the frozen backbone selected about to be rebuilt,
an (a, b, c, d, e...) or (a, c, b, d, f, e) or (b, c, a, e, f, d) type 360 degree rotations before moving to the next backbone flex/twist/bend etc.

in this way, normally restricted movement of the backbone and amino acid selection could be greatly improved, finding a more stable solution.

Would it be possible to have two rebuilds working together between 2 sets of Locked backbone. Or even perhaps 2 x wiggle features between 4 locked segment areas at the same time.

I have found that stimulating one side of the protein, will effect other sidechains in another area, seeminly the action, interaction or reaction is unable to be followed due to the restriction of working on 1 x area at a time.

to have these working together, i feel would open up new unexplored areas of the proteins potentual.
