Team members unable to upload to group share folder

Some newer members of Richard Dawkins Foundation are unable to upload files to the share folder. "REED" states the reply message is "denied - created by another team" not sure about the message, never seen it before.

This message would appear if the solution was created by another team, or worked on offline, etc. This is intended behaviour (unless you are sure the solution was in your group to begin with and was never worked on offline).
