As the title implies, the problem is that the application is hanging for up to 30 seconds after issuing a stop during wiggle, and it also often behaves similarly when manually pulling an object.

There is no logged event, just that the application takes a long time to quit spinning its wheels.

I haven't encountered this before. Is it still a problem for you?

Not for 30 seconds, but for unacceptably long periods.   It should stop RIGHT NOW when told to.

The problem seems to more pronounced in the new developer (beta?  pre-beta? alpha?) release.
