XP graphical issues

I'm getting a lot of graphical trouble, oddball triangles peeling off of things and the like. I can't tell for sure if I can even affect the protein, but the menus and buttons work if I correctly guess their proper locations.

ATI Radeon X1050 graphics card, WinXP SP2.

Sorry its so long.

The problem goes away at reduced graphical accelerations.
